- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a consult to begin. Either we can meet at your place but, our showroom has a lot more to offer as far as samples. Just a general meeting to start to get a feel of the client. Likes, dislikes, must haves and dream scenarios. Its easier most of the time to walk them through the journey starting in our show room so we can show them what types of products we offer.
