Introduction: I am an Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher and offer Reiki Therapy for adults, kids and pets. My clients and students tell me that Reiki with Nona leaves them with a sense of Peace and Healing that their bodies need at the time. I offer classes for all levels. I am an Affiliate Member of the International Centre for Reiki Training. Reiki is a gentle technique of relaxation and stress reduction and promotes natural healing. It is highly beneficial in dealing with stress related ailments, anxiety, pain, and general well being. It supports all traditional medical therapies. Reiki could heal physical and emotional issues we are faced with in every day life. I Love sharing Reiki with those in need of Healing. My Heart is filled with Gratitude for each and every person that walks into my life.

I was very excited to attend the workshop and wanted to learn a bit more about Reiki. The moment I entered the room , I received a warm welcome from Nona and immediately felt that I'm at the right place . After a detailed introduction to Reiki , we all had some questions which were answered by Nona and it amazed me that how the energy from universe and our Mother Earth can heal so much . I was fortunate enough to receive Reiki from her and the experience was astounding . I must say that it was much more than I expected . I was dealing with some emotional as well as physical pain which caused sleepless nights with lot of anxiety . I was skeptical about starting the medication and that's when my sister had mentioned about Reiki to me. After a bit of research , I decided to give it a try . And as soon as my session ended , I not only felt a lot calmer but my pain had vanished when I woke up the next morning . In a very long time , I actually felt how it is to be pain - free. I cannot thank Nona enough .... not only for introducing me to Reiki but also for making me experience this healing . I know I'll keep coming back now ! Love and Peace .
