- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I'd like to meet for a face to face consultation to ensure that I can charge a price that will compensate the labor, without emptying the customer's pocket. This short consultation is followed by an email of the estimate, and a brief call to explain it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both grew up doing renovation work. In our mid twenties, we both have around 10 years of experience and access to many amazing mentors.
