Specific skill(s)
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: At Anderson Sports Performance, we look to help every individual reach their full potential. We train anywhere from Athletes to anyone that just wants to stay in shape. With our athletes that aspire to play at a collegiate level we will prep for that sport of interest. We also help with the recruiting process and scouting camps. Helping every individual live out their health dream! I like to get involved and workout with clients to show them I not only tell them what to do, but I to do these exercises and did them throughout my playing career. Giving back is my most memorable thing about training. Especially when clients set goals and see them come to light!

My experience with ASP was awesome. I was always pushed to be the best version of myself and I learned a ton about hard work. The results showed on the football field with my increased speed, explosiveness, and strength. Definitely the best experience I've had training

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out at the age of 4 involved in a number of sports. As I grew I stayed in sports and was fortunate enough to attend St. Xavier high school where I played 4 years. I was blessed to receive a scholarship to play at the University of Louisville and after my playing career at UofL I was able to live out my dream and play a few years professionally. Throughout my time at UofL and playing pro ball I developed the love for the human body and how to train each person at their own pace. All of our strength coaches were amazing and the workouts were great. Never being the biggest running back I had to find away to gain leverage on others and that is when I started to train and do my own thing because after all I did k ow my body and what my body needed. I built my frame into 185 lbs of dynamite and continued my intensive training to keep form throughout my playing years. I now am involved in Yoga, which I wish was incorporated into my training for football, BUT, I did not like stretching. As I am now realizing that yoga would have been one key point to eliminate injuries throughout a long season or just day to day nicks and bruises, soreness for the work desk etc. yoga is AMAZING.
