Initially it was his readiness to help and the fact he said he could fix my computer for a very reasonable price. However, a date was never fixed for him to repair the computer. He was very busy and also had been in the hospital. I never heard from after Nov. 29. My computer was not fixed. So it's very hard for me to rate him based on this experience.
