FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can offer reasonable pricing for high end work because we manage all aspects of Best Brush Painting Inc ourselves. It's our business, and we are the painters too. We never hire sub-contractors to do the work for us! So you can expect that we will personally put the greatest care and effort into every job we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is seeing the project. All good estimates should be done by taking measurements, looking for problem areas and imperfections that can be fixed, and discussing our homeowners needs, preferences and priorities. Once we send a quote, we honor that quote. We will list all of the items to be included in the project. If there are any questions, we want to keep an open line of communication with our homeowners to address anything that arises. If you would like to get on our schedule, great! We don't need any funds up front. We trust that if you schedule with us, you will follow through and honor our agreement. We typically provide all the paint and supplies, and we use only high quality paints from the best paint stores. We have a great relationship with all of our vendors, including Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore and PPG (Porter Paints). When we are finished, we will ensure that our homeowners are radiating with happiness, and accept payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have, combined, 60+ years of experience. We have worked for large painting companies as hourly employees and sub-contractors. We have done huge commercial jobs, high-end residential re-paints, flip houses, new construction and remodeling, condos and apartment buildings, and everything in-between. Our primary focus is high-end re-paints, but we do it all, big or small.
