- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to provide a fair price mainly for my time and travel mileage. I want to be of service to those that need my help and to those on a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Share with me what help you need and I can put together a lesson plan with take home printables. We'll setup a time and day to meet at a local coffee shop or library or any other place of your choice. I recommend a minimum of 1 hour basic teaching time and I'm more than happy to stay longer if needed. For more in depth lessons, purchasing a monthly lesson package might be a better option, it's all up to you. This does also include virtual assistance for those clients that need more remote help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Design Communications, experience in graphic design, marketing assistance, web design & development, various computer software programs, and I've worked for years on both PC & Mac.
