- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique as will be the estimate that's given. The more detailed you are in your moving needs the more accurate we can estimate you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After submitting quote, we will call you if no response has been made. We then go over the questions listed and ensure we can agree upon terms. Then it's Wonder Movers to The Rescue! And you will be so satisfied with the services we provided that you won't be able to wait to tell your friends and family members! We Are Your Moving Heroes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a great amount of business education and moving experience.
