- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customer over coffee, when it's convenient. It may not be the normal way to do things, but the more I know about the person, the more I can cater to their needs. I like to get a general idea of what they are looking for and what the shoot will need. Preparation wise. I enjoy these meetings because that's where I find a lot of my enjoyment. Getting to know the customer. Building a sort of business relationship. I don't try to look for people I will only shoot once, but build a good standing, loyal, customer. Someone who will want to come back for more.
