I would like to give a shout out to my Thanksgiving savior Tony Ramsey. When my well got run over by a vehicle and Progressive didn't understand the importance of water, Tony and his team did. I inquired online the night it happened. The next day I had his phone number and was able to contact him via voice and texting. Even though I saved the wrong number and did not give him the information I promised the next morning when I didn't see him I was able to call him. I sent him my address and he was at my house with an estimate with in 30 min the day before thanksgiving. With in an hour he had his crew digging out my well. With in 4 hours we had water!!!!!! The job was completed. He even followed up 2 days later and asked me if everything was working alright. THIS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR IN MY HOME. If every company had the integrity Tony has for his company and his name the world would be a better place! Thank you again for making our holiday and understanding the importance of our situation.
