- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the location of where trip is scheduled. I do charge a refundable cleanup fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send photos if they are not local, if so I meet with them in person. I have the customer send an itinerary of the scheduled trip and then quote the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been driving without incidents for this service for 3 years.
