- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There way too many variables to try to indicate standard pricing models. There are factors such as who is needed, what equipment is needed, how long will the project take, how many different types of work are included, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a real conversation in person or on the phone to understand the vision and exactly what the scope of work includes. Based upon that conversation I will pull the resources that I need to get the job done, including equipment and crew if necessary. I have a deep network of resources all around the area that I call upon when I need them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My college education focused on leadership and organizational development, but I've been mixing pro audio since 1996 and editing video almost as long.
