- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by project; however, a good standard is $85.00 per hour plus materials and markup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our customers and get to know them a little before diving right into the nitty-gritty of the project. Developing an open and comfortable relationship up front is very important to us! Once we have become acquainted, the discussion shifts to the purpose of the project... What is driving the renovation? As we are able to better understand the big picture, a general plan can be developed, specific topics can be addressed, and overall logistics discussed. Thereafter, a cost estimate/proposal will be generated and presented to the customer for review. Pending agreement by both parties, a contract will be executed and work scheduled.
