Octopus came out with a crew, gave me a fair estimate, and scheduled the work within the days I was available due to my busy schedule. The communication throughout the job was outstanding. They were organized, professional, and of course licensed...which was important to me. The secondary part of the job included cedar fence repair in two separate areas. I was interested in improving my perimeter security. They replaced a cracked post, stabilized the placement of the panel and reset my gate. They also rebuilt a side panel for strength and privacy. Octopus coordinated the work...and the crew did an excellent job. The Octopus team did a final walkthrough with me. The invoicing process was easy and efficient. I couldn't be happier."See more

They did a very detailed inspection in the room, wall, garage, crawl space below the house, attic space and the roof. They found a secondary source of water that was entering the same. wall. They also produced a very detailed description of their plans to restore the room and eliminate all water sources causing the water event.
