Daniel H. says, "It was a pleasure working with Chris from Emerald custom building. They were efficient, thorough, hard-working, and polite. We hired them for a deck project, but in the process of the job they discovered some rotten wood due to bad flashing. Because they are general contractors and not just deck contractors they were able to repair all of the flashing and trim and still do a wonderful project with our deck."See more

Theresa M. says, "James has done numerous projects for me since 2020. The first project was adding additional cement foundation and a covered patio the entire length of my home. This has ceiling can lights, inset Bluetooth speakers, 2 corner ceiling outlets for lights, and infrared heaters that can be operated separately. This was done beautifully and has increased the value of my home, by extending the livable space for gatherings. James has also completed a corner Trex Deck, a corner raised vegetable garden and changed out three toilets inside my home. This year, I had him add a gate to my back yard, build from scratch a large Arbor in front of the opposite side gate and demo/build a solid 70+ foot fence lining my entire property. With this project, James was called upon to also work with & communicate with my neighbor who was anxious about this project. James's work is solid, functional and beautiful, and he is very professional in his communication and presentation, and charges fairly. I will continue to call upon James for any additional projects I have in the future and Highly Recommend him and his team!"See more
