Our Journey: From Necessity to Passion Nine years ago, Attractive Home was born out of necessity. I needed a way to support myself and my family, and starting a residential cleaning business seemed like the perfect solution. Little did I know that this adventure would transform into my passion. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless people in our community, making their homes cleaner and their lives a little bit easier; a little bit better. A Life-Changing Diagnosis Last year, my world was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with Endometrial cancer. The news was devastating, and I underwent a full bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy to remove the cancer. Thankfully, the surgery was successful, but the recovery was a challenging journey. This experience made me realize how many of us feel overwhelmed, stressed, and too busy to take care of ourselves. I began to wonder: How many of us are hearing the diagnosis of cancer? Is it stress causing this? Toxins? Or a combination of so many factors? A Holistic Transformation After my recovery, I made a conscious decision to change my lifestyle drastically. I became intentional about how I spend my time, who I spend it with, and focused on making healthy changes for my environment, body, mind, and spirit. I embraced yoga, meditation, and holistic approaches to all aspects of my life. I firmly believe that a healthy home, an oasis from the rest of the world, is the foundation of a healthy life.
