- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates our considerably lower than what the majority of cleaning companies charge. We strongly believe in providing great professional service while offering a fair price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts us, we first tell them the rates and scope of work for the type of cleaning that they are requesting. Depending on the size and condition of the home, we will provide an estimate and confirm a date for the appointment. We never have to cancel or reschedule our appointments because we have back-up cleaners available every day. Once the cleaning is done, we will suggest how often each month the home should be cleaned and we will do a walk-through with the client before leaving. The invoice will be sent through email, which can easily be paid online with any credit/debit card.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential and commercial clients, although most of our clients are residential. Both receive the same procedure and are provided with satisfactory work each time!
