FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive due to my cost of supplies being much lower than most companies. I have established relationships with growers and irrigation suppliers which allows me to save on supply costs and I pass those savings along to customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet with a new customer on site to discuss their needs. I also like to ask a few questions to get a sense of the customers tastes (are you looking for a low maintenance landscape? do you have a favorite plant? and so on). Then, I like to present a few different ideas about the project and see what direction the customer would like to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Horticulture Degree from the University of Georgia, ISA certified arborist license and turf and ornamental pesticide license. I have been in the green industry for 15+ years and several years of experience installing/repairing irrigation.
