Introduction: I have over 10 years of experience. I am committed to providing the best therapeutic care to each and every massage. Skilled and intuitive, therapy is geared to relax tensed muscles and release muscles and nerve impingement. This is great for tensed and sore necks and shoulder (upper back and lower back) issues. I really enjoy helping and providing relief to those overcoming physical limitations and helping them breath into the pain. Unlike pain medication that numbs out the pain temporarily, with massage, you feel your pain momentarily and release it. The more you become active in your own healing, the time interval where you are pain free will increase more and more.
