Bryan is the go-to handyman in our family. He is reliable and doesn't delay to stop by to look at the problems. He goes out of his way to shop for what is needed and picks stuff for great discounts. Bryan is smart, asking great questions to pinpoint problems or help us prevent future ones. He found my wife necklace in the plumbing, opened swimming pool and fixed pump system, he fixed leaking kitchen sink and fixed bathroom light switch. We highly recommend Bryan.

I highly recommend Bryan for your next plumping job. He is very honest, punctual and very helpful. He unclogged a disposal when somebody gave us $400 estimate for replacing it. We called him for multiple jobs since and every time, we are very happy with his work whether it was replacing the sink faucet, changing toilet mechanism...And he is very reasonable with a pleasant personality.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only set pricing would be a diagnostic fee for my travel,time,and evaluation and diagnosis of job. Then if you accept me doing job I discount that off the cost of job. If you choose not to do job there is a $100 diagnostic fee. Should you decide later to do the job through me I will discount fee off job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing proper communication setting them at ease that their concerns will be heard and addressed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military,Trade schools,apprenticeships and hands on experience, both in actual practical applications and management.
