- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically have one of our professional moving consultants provide a free in-home estimate by taking down an inventory of your belongings and then using a cube sheet to transfer what materials and manpower is needed for the job. We do have a 4 hour minimum, 1 for driving and 3 for labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves, make sure we ask questions and take down specific details about the move and then we recommend having a moving consultant provide a free quote. If you were to choose us for your move, we would have our coordinators keep contact and have you aware of the entire process from the first box moving out of your home to the last signature for invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Able Certifications and Driver Certifications. Each employee is to pass a training course and become Able certified before going into the field as a full time employee.
