- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Single Sessions are available at $65 per hour. NEW clients receive a free session when they sign up for a 3 month plan! That's 5 sessions for the price of 6! I have money saving 3, 6, 9 and 12 month package deals which include 2 sessions per month plus what's listed above in services section. I offer individual or group cleaning eating programs packed full of tools, recipes and step by step support. Meditation 101 program as well as Spiritual Awakening program. I'll teach you how to think about healthy living not what to think! Your Program Includes: *Two - one-hour sessions per month *Easy recipes and our e-books! *E-mail support between sessions *Handouts, binder and other materials *Food samples and self-care products *A monthly newsletter *Flexible meeting options. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my instruction from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized road map to health that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I've received my Meditation and Integrative Mental Health certificates from Cal State Dominguez Hills. I'm proud to support NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) as a certified Basics and Family to Family teacher. Also, I'm a certified trainer in QPR Gatekeeper suicide intervention trainer. I've studied Child Development at El Camino College and UCLA and worked at an IBI -Intensive Behavior Interventionist for student with Autism and other special needs. I'm a mother of 2 teens, Zumba teacher, proud cat lady, book hoarder and concert going gal!
