FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible but my service can't be beat. I give 20% off to veterans, police, firemen, and school teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally discuss the project over the phone, email, or text. I price by property size only, and don't upcharge for age, or how far away you are. My process at the site is executed in 4-5 phases (brief major issues if client is on site at end of each phase): 1. Meet and greet and go over the pre agreement (10-15min). 2. Inspect the exterior (1hr). 3. Inspect the interior Attic thru first floor (1-1.5hrs). 4. Inspect the basement and mechanicals (1-1.5hrs). End of normal GHI. 5. Inspect for wood destroying insects (termites), place radon testing devices, and sample for mold if required (1-2hrs). All extra services with a fee if needed. Note, a complete Mold Inspection can last 3-4 hours and costs start $350. Sampling with a normal home inspection is much cheaper, but far less in depth.
