- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Standard pricing is 75.00/hr and a 45.00 trip fee. However, we give flat rates upon request and we also work with your budget as well. Our goal is to help with pricing as much as possible as we know that moving is not a normal budgeted bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will have a consultation on the phone and in person to establish a relationship with us in order that they're comfortable with the service being provided. After both parties understand the process and the needs of each other, we plan our day and began our working relationship. At any given time, the customer can have any questions or concerns addressed with no problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees are trained by a professional mover with more than five years of experience and once training is completed, the employee will work along side of a senior employee fore 6 months before being considered to lead a truck and route. They're also evaluated every 6 weeks.
