They did a good job. However, I asked for the mermaid backdrop and when they got here they did not have that backdrop and told me it was only for the enclosed photo booth. I would think they would have told me this up front.Sep 10, 2018Verified

Hi Amy, thank you taking the time to leave feedback. We have moved from usb to an online gallery. It's easier to share with your family and friends and you don't have to worry about losing a usb. I emailed you the link to the gallery the day after event. Maybe, I sent it to the wrong email. I just re-sent the link to a couple more email addresses that I had on your contract. Please let me know if you don't receive them. Sorry, if there was a miscommunication on our part. If you prefer a USB, I can definitely still send that to you. Just let me know. Micheline
Micheline at MDL Photo Booths was so easy to work with from start to finish! She worked with me to personalize our photo strips exactly how we wanted them to commemorate the event. They arrived early to set up, had cute props available, and had courteous attendants the whole time. Plus, the price was unbeatable! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices are affordable compared to the competition yet we provide professional quality and friendly service. We make our booking process very easy and provide ala carte, as well as package options to fit almost every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Upon deciding to book us we will email you a quote to review and accept. You may also add on any other options such as green screen, red carpet entrance etc, should you choose. We provide a very easy to use booking process. Deposits and payments may be made online along with signing our digital contract. We also provide a convenient payment plan option. You will also have our phone number should you like to talk or meet in person. After your contract is complete and deposit is paid, we will begin working on your custom photo strip about 3 weeks before your event. You will be able to make a few changes if needed and approve the final work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BS Degree in Business Education and a MA in Human Resource Management.
