I also find where the muscles that are too tight and over worked, or muscles that are turned off are located. So allow me to provide your body a way to properly strengthen itself!All the while you will experience relaxation as the tension is being released from these problem areas!
I thoroughly enjoy giving one on one attention, as well as specialized treatments that are designed to personally fit your need!

Cheyla brings life giving energetic joy to the practice of physical therapy....a true God gifted healer who's energy just made feel better before she even laid a single hand on me...then when she shared her knowledge of the human anatomy with me, not only did I know more about what was going on with myself, I knew I had chosen the right person to handle my physical rehabilitation....she just makes what used to be a dreaded chore into a wonderfully anticipated healing session after which I am always physically and mentally empowered.
