Introduction: The parts of writing and editing for others that excites me are helping people achieve what they set out to do!
My name is Aniah Walker, and I am an English major. I have been passionate about writing since I could hold a pen. As a child, my mother would always buy me journals and pens because she could see my infatuation with them and writing. I consider myself to be a prolific writer, and because I am a great writer, editing is second nature. My mother was an author and I would edit her books at the tender age of 14. In high school, I would edit all of my friend's and even stranger's papers. Also, all of my teachers saw my potential for writing and always encouraged me to pursue it. So, here I am today. I want to help people with their papers, resumes, published works and etc. because I know how important words can be and how, sometimes, one may try to convey what they mean, but their point won't get across because of silly little things like the lack of commas and run-on sentences. That is where I am here to help. I love writing and editing and helping people, and I would love to make a career out of it. Therefore, if you need me, I am one click away.
