Our water heater started leaking and the input valve wasn't working properly so we had to shut down water to the whole house. With 2 toddlers that's not an amazing situation to be in. I put my request here at 10am, they were at my house in the afternoon for a quote. They helped us figure out whether we should go for gas or electric, tank or tankless, and by 6pm we had hot water in the house again. They were also super nice both on the phone and in person. The price quoted was a few hundreds under what others quoted for the same equipment and work.
