Dom diagnosed the problem quickly and went to work rooting the pipes outside. Since the job was big he was not able to use the small snake and had to get a bigger version. Job well done! It was a pleasure working with Dom, he is very knowledgeable and professional. He was so patient with my husband who has Aphasia and wanted to help! It was so endearing to watch! We had what seemed like a relatively straightforward job installing a garbage disposal, but our sink turned out to be complicated and it took way longer than expected. Bill did a great job with the garbage disposal installation. From the start, he was responsive, upfront with fees, which were reasonable, was on time with the appt and a very kind person.
