- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a wide variety of services and holistic, natural products. While all pets in our care are given the best treatment we do offer different levels of service to better suit individual pricing concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet & Greets go a long way toward building trust with pet owners—after all, you’re trying to find the perfect fit in someone you will be having care for a precious member of your family. We like to arrange a Meet & Greet for every new client—so if you’re ready to move forward with booking a stay, training, grooming or a walk let us know and we will arrange a Meet & Greet. This way, we can get to know you and your pet before booking—and you can have the opportunity to meet us as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The business in Martinsville was purchased in May 2016, however; not only were we born into a family with deep agricultural roots but we were born pet owners. We have been working with animals professionally since 1989 and enjoy using our experience and expertise to ensure the happiness and well being of your pet.
