We will come out to view your home and put together a market analysis and a seller net proceeds, This net proceeds will include ALL the normal seller costs and how much you will end up with after you close on your home. We have an aggressive marketing program and strong negotiation skills when working with your sale. Our goal is to not leave any money on the table
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The market is constantly changing and the first step would be to us to meet and view your home and we can prepare a market review of your property. if you purchased in the past 14 years, we can also show you how the market has changed since your purchase date. Our goals in selling your home are: •To help you get your home sold in the time frame you need •To help put you in the strongest negotiating position •To help you get your home in top condition inside an out •To make the whole process as smooth and easy for you as possible
