I first contacted Clay Building Solutions because I had an issue with my neighbors hootin' and hollerin' all the dang time, so I wanted something built to block out all them neverdowells. I really didn't think I had many other options rather than moving my dang self out of the rotten neighborhood I'm livin in. However, after I contacted Clay Building Solutions to help me with this problem; Josh, the owner, came to my house, met with me, and suggested that he could build a privacy fence that would block out all of them delinquents. Dang near immediately following our consultation that night he sent over the most impressive blue prints of a privacy fence around my house. That same night I went ahead and asked him to build it. I was a huge fan of what he charged for his impressive work. Truly he is one of the kindest, most considerate contractors I have ever met. He's the best; his work is the best, the way he runs the job site is the best, and his communication is the best. What's even better is that I can't even see my stinking' no good neighbors even if I wanted to.

Josh and his crew did an excellent job building the retaining wall on our driveway, as well as, the small deck addition to our rear deck. It was quite a large undertaking and we appreciated his open communication when issues came up, and his solutions to work within our budget. He completed the jobs on time, and kept a clean job site while the work was underway

Clay Building Solutions installed new windows for the entire house last fall. In the middle of the job the weather got colder and these guys worked into the night to get the job done! The work was done with quality and they cleaned up after themselves. The electric bill was so much lower since installing the windows Josh suggested. I'd recommend Josh and his employees for any job you may need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do the following: 1. Show up for free estimate. 2. Design job details (only if called for). 3. Once the price is confirmed contract will be drafted. 4. Upon agreement of contract we will schedule work with requested time frame. 5. Work begins.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Out of high school I worked residential construction in all aspects, then went to college for business administration and how been running my business ever since.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do you as the customer have a complete idea of what you want your remodel to look like? Do you have pictures? Have you researched the price of quality remodels with companies that are going to stick around?
