Introduction: PEST: For annual pest control, QuickSumo begins all new clients with an initial application; the initial application is an interior inspection from attic to garage, treatments of all interior hot spots as well as any areas where you are seeing activity, creation of an exterior barrier, dusting of the weep holes and sweeping of the eaves.
The bi-monthly services include interior applications as needed, maintenance of the exterior barrier, sweeping of the eaves, dusting of the weep holes. Quarterly applications offer the same services as bi-monthly but retreats after 60 days (with Quarterly service) will be charged for a full treatment. Pesticide residuals don't usually last too much longer, though we use a micro encapsulated product because of it's long lasting residual.
RODENTS: We'll inspect the property for a possible current infestation. If a current infestation is found and trapping or baiting is involved, the technician can quote you what those services may cost. If there is nothing found on the interior. Bait boxes might be recommended and with those, you only pay for the boxes themselves at $40+ tax each. Monitoring and re-baiting are included in the Bi-Monthly Pest Control service. Monthly monitoring services are also available, should there be a need.
LAWN: QuickSumo’s annual lawn care program is designed to target weeds already present on the lawn, protect and prevent against seasonal broad leaf and grassy weeds, nourish and thicken turf grass, and provide clients with all the information necessary to ensure a healthy, green, weed free lawn. This is accomplished through chemical weed control treatments year round, fertilizer applications throughout spring, summer, and fall, and via technician evaluations of the lawn at every visit.
The annual lawn care program includes a satisfaction guarantee: if at any time between your standard services you feel a re-treatment or consultation service is needed, one will be provided at no additional cost to you. This guarantee remains valid so long as all applications are provided as scheduled and you maintain the recommended frequency of treatment. Lawn Care is extremely reliant on the weather, customer watering and regular lawn maintenance. If a heavy amount of weeds are present, it will take several treatments, as the State limits the amount of herbicide applications a lawn can receive.
AERATION: A core aeration is recommended annually and before the initial application. Why? Aeration removes thousands of small cores of soil from the lawn. These cores “melt” back into the lawn after rainfall in order to mix with and break down whatever thatch exists on the lawn. The holes created by the aeration catch air, water, and fertilizer allowing for better absorption and retention. Roots naturally grow towards these pockets and thicken in the process. Aeration also relieves pressure from compacted areas resulting from harsh weather and wear and tear, letting oxygen and water move more freely into the root zone promoting better root growth. Early spring is the perfect time for this and is STRONGLY encouraged.
We also offer seasonal maintenance services such as annual fire ant protection, annual grub control, fungicide/disease control, aeration services, and more, again at a significant discount to current clients, should you ever be in need. Bundling any 2 annual services will save you 5% on each service.
