- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For couples counseling I charge $125 for 90 minute session if paying out of pocket. If going through insurance the session is 50 minutes. For individual counseling it is $110 for a 50 minute session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am seeing a new client for counseling the first thing that I like to do is an intake assessment with them. This allows me to get background information which will better help me in understanding the thought process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in counseling and a good part of my training was in couples/marriage counseling.
