Mr. Cummins ("Joe") deftly analyzed and developed a solution for the construction of a custom patio cover for my residence. He worked tirelessly outside during an extremely warm summer.
What I noticed was Joe's ability to bring clarity and understanding by verbalizing technical construction concepts for the design he was building for us. He performed these activities while supervising others. He picked up all tools and cleaned the work space every day.
He was the prominent driving force for completing the project by developing a needs analysis, and used his ability to develop and communicate a formal process to follow for the construction in order for the patio cover to be successfully completed. We were delighted with the results. In my opinion, Joe would be a great asset and is well suited for handling any construction project.
