My brother owns Certa Pro of League City. He hooked Lou and I up with Certa Pro of Far North Texas. From the beginning with Chad, all the way to Martine, and especially Maria, Jose and SALVADOR our house is beautiful. They painted the inside to include the kitchen cabinets, the garage, outside, garage door and the fences. Our house inside and out looks amazing. They are the utmost professionals. Their communication of keeping us informed and their skills are the best in the business. Maria, Jose and SALVADOR cleaned up at the end of each day and put furniture back exactly where it was prior to the start of the job. I am sharing a review on behalf of D. Betts. Simplest way to put it... Luis Aguilar and his team, Edgar & Juan, were fantastic! We were blessed and fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Luis on our home painting project, with every inside paintable surface painted this week. If you're still reading... have you ever had contractors in your home before? Have you experienced that feeling of... "there are unfamiliar people in your home?" Well, almost from the moment that Luis, Edgar & Juan walked through our front door, it was almost like they were old friends coming for a visit. All three of our team were friendly, kind, thoughtful, accommodating and genuinely treated our home as if it was their own. They went in my opinion above and beyond to ensure that we were not only satisfied, but exceeded my expectations and not once complained or said, "No, I cannot do that." When you work with CertaPro Painters, request Luis and you will certainly have the same experience we did. In addition, it was evident in the way that Luis treated his crew and how he ran his business that he embodies the true meaning of "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Amazing experience! Mario Meza was our job site supervisor, Krista Ham was our sales associate. They were professional from beginning to end. Krista worked around my crazy work schedule and came to my house at night for a bid. The bid was more reasonable than anyone else who was just as highly recommended. When the job started, problems are always going to arise with one thing or another. It was quickly handled and well communicated. They took responsibility and kept the job going. They always checked to make sure I was happy. When I made color changes, they worked well with my suggestions. Ultimately the paint job looks AMAZING!!!! They were a pleasure to work with . Also 3 guys on a bedroom/bathroom job got done in 2 days flat! Don't use anyone else!
