Before i met coach Nopa, i never knew there was such a proffession. I had gone through life as a dreamer who never stepped out to do anything about the dreams she had. I always had an excuse why I couldn't make my dreams a reality, I dont have enough money, my busy work schedule does not allow me any time to work on my own things e.t.c. During the almost two months program I had with coach Nopa, my mindset changed. She taught me how to write my vision down and make little steps towards achieving it. I now have my vision written down and have already achieved some of the small targets I set. I still need her guidance from time to time but the way i think has totally changed. I know where I want to be and the steps i need to take.

I typically start with a discovery session - You get to know me and I get to know you. I will allow you to share what your goals and intentions are.
