- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge for moving furniture, for removing carpet, for installing trim or baseboards. We install the products we sell at set prices no matter how difficult the job may be. Whether you're loaded with furniture, or have an empty home, we offer full service in our installations at affordable rates, but with superior service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with a phone conversation, introducing our company, and setting the expectations for the first steps of the buying process. During the course of this call, we flesh out some of the customers desires and information about the project, and try to narrow down the focus to get an understanding of just what they are seeking to do. Next, we schedule a Free In-Home Estimate, where we bring the samples of flooring directly to the customer's home. This allows them to not only see what we have to offer, but to see it in the lighting that is unique to their home, as well as how it matches up with any existing furniture/paint/trim. During our estimate, we bring a mobile computer tablet and measure the home, where we input precise measurements into a CAD program to ensure accuracy in our proposal. While we are at the home, we will print out a professional blueprint, a material list, and a full estimate for what the project will cost. This process typically takes 40 mins - 2 hrs, is free of charge and without any hard selling. This is meant to be a comfortable shop-at-home experience where the customer is afforded an opportunity to have all of their questions answered and see the full scope of what their project will entail.
