- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes the pricing is standard but still very affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what's wrong with the system i.e not cooling, heating,making noises. I come visually inspect the unit and tell the customer what services it could need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Remington College graduated the top percentage of my class. I am EPA Universal Certified. I also am certified in preventive maintenance, ,R-410A and MVAC
