- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 15 minute walk is $10 A 30 minute walk is $15 A 60 minute walk is $20 These prices are per dog & include me walking, playing with, watering, cleaning up after your pup, & feeding if required for whatever amount of time we agreed on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st walk I do a lot of watching & talking to the dog to see what pace she's comfortable at if she's really a leash puller or if she's just responding to the nerves of the owner when they're walking etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I didn't have any formal schooling. I read lots of books about dogs health, characteristics, needs for certain breeds, training, etc. Also I've had LOTS of hands on training. When I was 5 our family dog was an Irish Setter, I was fascinated by her & was fully involved in her care. Ever since then I've been involved heavily in breeding, helping with birthing, training, walking, playing with, & loving dogs for the last 27 years of my life. I can the Heimlich, administer medications, safely break up a fight if needed, care for an elderly dog & a miniature breed as they have different requirements.
