Molding or baseboards,
This guy is a fraud. would not, do not recommend. He claims to be an engineer, handyman he's not. He was supposed to fix a roof leak. He charged 80.00 to use half a can of sealant that took ten minutes to apply. when I let him know the roof steal leaks. He said it rain the day after and the sealant didn't have time to dry, that I had other leaks, needed gutters, rotten wood, foundation problem, mildew and mold. I told him of the rain coming the next day and asked several times before he left was the leak fix and he said that it was. This will be an option you will regret.Jan 22, 2019VerifiedHelp Industries, Inc.'s reply
As I explained to you before I even started a caulk job, was that you had at least two holes along the trim of your house and said you needed to repair the holes, trim and then caulk. You also have foundation problems and needs gutters on your house!! You have rotten wood and holes ALL over your house. Until you fix your problems, your leaks will not stop! By the way I am an Industrial Engineer with 30 years of experience. I also gave you $20 credit for complaining from the start. The classic case of eating the steak and not wanting to pay for it at the end!!
The owner was very responsive to my needs and time frame. He quoted me a fair price. His workers attempted to change the contract upon arrival, did a shoddy job cutting and fitting the wood, failed to screw the gutter back to the roof or caulk the boards entirely and did not clean up after themselves.Jul 18, 2017

They did a great job getting my engineer reports done in a timely manner. They even traveled a good distance to get one of the jobs taken care of. Todd has been great to work withJan 16, 2019VerifiedHelp Industries, Inc.'s reply
