- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want all our couples to have an amazing, worry-free wedding experience, so we always include photography coverage by both Josh and Aleah, downloadable digital images, and on wedding day, no coverage limits. Print products and albums are available for purchase, but totally optional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love getting to know our couples as soon as possible and can't wait to chat over coffee, phone, or Skype! We definitely want to have your priorities in mind when we plan for the photos of your day. Everything from contract and deposit to the list of who you want in your day of family photos is handled online to make the process super simple for you. We'll definitely check in frequently and are always available for questions. In the months leading up to the big day we're really focused on making sure that you have the best wedding day experience!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone whose images you love, but also hire someone who you enjoy being around! You'll spend more time with your photographer on wedding day than you will with most of your guests!
