Introduction: With over 10 years as a Certified Health Coach I know how to help my clients learn to gain a healthy relationship with their food. I along with my wife teach Corporate cooking classes as well as private individuals how to navigate the current food choices we have in the grocery isles to make healthy fulfilling meals that are delicious and affordable. My wife and I are passionate about how to make healthy choices in the kitchen. I believe my clients health and wellbeing can be affected by the food we eat. There have been a lot of changes in current thinking about healthy nutrition which can make our lives so much better.
