We use a standard industry pricing software. (xactamate)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ADT will reach out to the customer by telephone and give an ETA.We get the okay to come look at the issue.When we arrive we introduce ourselves and company.We then explain everything we can do to help from start to finish and how it works along with a few alternative options if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Adt is certified in all water mitigation service needs.All the technicians are trained in a real life type situation and must pass the test before being released on a job.
