They did a great job on my floor boards, kitchen sink, ceiling fans, vacuuming. Very pleasant people. Floors were mopped with a Swiffer-type implement; wish a mop and bleach had been used. Grime on range was still visible, wiped down furniture- don't think polish was used. Streaking on mirrors; outside of toilet bowls could have been cleaned more thoroughly. All in all, they did a nice job. Because I'm so picky I should have gone for a first time deep clean for better results. Company said after 3 cleanings all areas would be touched. I'm too impatient to wait for that. My advice: have them do a deep clean on first visit. Would I recommend them? Yes.Mar 12, 2017Verified

The ladies did a good job but they were in a hurry to leave and they forgot to do one room. There is a brown stain in one toilet and they did not try to remove it with a rock that helps to remove the stain. Otherwise, I am happy with their services.Jul 29, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Standard pricing for 1) Deep clean is a flat rate for the first two hours, then hourly after 2) Recurring clean is a flat fee by house size, discounted by recurrence
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initial contact will introduce our business, service areas and type of cleaning through an attachment to an email inquiry. We offer an in-home visit if requested, but after 15 years in business, we have a good idea of the time to clean a 1500 or 4000 square foot home on a recurring basis. New customers are contacted for initial input to our scheduling software and preferred method of contact. At least one day prior to your visit, we will send a reminder to ensure you're aware we have a team coming the next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The owners have worked in the consulting, accounting and corporate environments for over 20 years prior to this business. The business works with previously trained cleaners and offers quarterly updates in new products and/or techniques. We participate in Cleaning for a Reason, a non-profit offering a couple free cleanings to cancer patients while undergoing treatment.
