- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dishes prepared by me are priced per the dish, and group cooking classes start at $45 per person. Individual cooking classes are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a food preferences/dietary goals list that covers the vast majority of foods that I have new customers fill out. This tells me what they love to eat, what they will eat, what they won't eat, and what they are sensitive or allergic to. There is also a space for what their favorite food styles and what their dietary goals are; if there is anything specific - weight loss, gluten free, low fat, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always cooked. Then I spent many years working in very high-end restaurants and learning about what it takes to make a dish flavorful and inviting. I have been a personal chef for about 10 years.
