The “cleaning” service offered was not as promised. Services were not completed and my house was not cleaned as advertised. Even after multiple visits (because areas that the cleaning crew worked on were not even cleaned-so they had to come back to clean), the cleaning was not satisfactory and areas were left dusty and spotty and dirty. These pictures were taken after the “final” cleaning and owner did the cleaning himself. He told me all the windows and tracks were cleaned and all the cobwebs removed from the house. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Basic cleanings do not included oil, rust, efflorence, hard water, mineral or paint stains. A basic cleaning includes up to 1000 sqft (pre-wash, rinse, steam, hot water).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We typically like to speak with the client one on one otuside of Thumbtack via telephone and or text. When everyone agrees on expectations we will perform a walkthrough the day of service and have the client sign a work order agreement This ensures everyone has agreed to the work and agreed on a downpayment if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Waste Water Control Certified Pressure/Washing Safety/ Doug Ruckers Online Training/OSHA
