- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the square foot for our installations. That rate includes the installation, the cost of the tint, a lifetime warranty on the product, and our guarantee of satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a phone conversation to better understand what our customer is trying to accomplish - improve energy bills, enhance cosmetic experience, something else? Once we understand the customer's expectations, then we can act accordingly to make sure we deliver an outstanding product and service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers have years of experience. We also are a licensed contractor in the state of Arizona - a rigorous process that includes an extensive test.
