The service that Mitch provided was excellent, he was very prompt and courteous. I am waiting to see if a few bubbles go away once the 30 days application process is complete. There is a small gap along one side of my door. The amount of heat this cut down is pretty incredible as well. Very pleased.

Hi Ruben, I'm sorry that no one showed up, it's completely embarrassing. My name is Oleg and I just took over this company and I want to make sure this doesn't happen again. Please let me know if I can help reconcile this. Best, Oleg

I will not be referring this company to anyone I know. I got some tinting done for my business a few months back. After the job was done I noticed there was tiny bubbles all over the window in between the tint, I called the office and asked what is going on and they told me that it will take 30 days for the tint to settle and the bubbles should go away. A month passed and bubbles were still there, I contacted the business again and they sent the tech that did the job on a Thursday to check the windows and he reported the bubbles are possibly coming from the imperfection of the glass and suggested to use this “C Bond” product that may help the tint be bubble free. He said we can try redoing one area with the cbond and we agreed the best place to redo was the door and see where it goes. However, he couldn’t guarantee it will make the bubbles go away. I explained I spent $800 on this tint job and because it is for a business I want it to be perfect. I said if you cant guarantee me the tint to be bubble free then at least give me a discount bc when the sales guy came to sell me the tint job he never mentioned anything about the Imperfection of the window or the use of Cbond. The tech listened and said he will have the owner/manager Dan contact me so we can further discuss about my concerns and that I can work out something with him. I was promised a phone call later that day, by the end of the week, I never heard from Dan. So I decided to take matters in my own hand and followed up with the company on Monday. On Monday I called and was able to reach Dan and explained the situation and told him I was not happy about the work, I wanted a discount for the job or a redone of it without bubbles. He repeated what the tech had already said to me and no apology for not following up with me. At the end of the conversation he told me if the C bond worked it would cost me extra money. I asked why was this not explained to me in the beginning and he responded that his sales guy Blaise who is no longer with the company had the impression I wanted to spend less money therefore didn’t bother to make the suggestion. Which I find very unprofessional on their training part bc regardless the impression I gave off I would have like to know my options. This is for a business and I want it done right and have it look nice even it meant spending a little more money. At this point i am thinking I was already spending $800 how much more could it have cost. After our conversation I told Dan I would get back to him to schedule a date to have his tech come back so we can try the cbond and Dan reassured me to call him directly and he will take care of me. Since our business was closed for a week I didn’t contact Dan until we got back. When I did, I left Dan a message I didn’t get any return phone call. A week passed by I decided to contact the office and scheduled something with the receptionist. I scheduled for the tech to come Tuesday morning at 9:30am and the receptionist said she would confirm with me Monday. Monday came around, no confirmation phone call instead the tech showed up to my business at 10:30am and started to redo the tint. The tech redid the window instead of the door which was not what we agreed on because they came in the day that was not originally scheduled for and since I was not working I couldn’t oversee the job. I came to work on Tuesday and examined the job and still there were bubbles. So I called the office to let them know there’s still bubbles and to ask them why they showed up on a day we didn’t schedule. The receptionist was not even apologetic for the schedule mishap and proceeded to tell me it would take 48 hrs for it to go away and if it doesn’t, their excuse this time is the “nail dust.” She proceeded to ask me if I would like to schedule Dan to come and take a look at the work. We agreed Dan would meet me Friday morning at 9:30am. She even told me I will find out why the tech came on Monday instead of Tuesday and would call me back. Again no phone call! Friday morning came, I had called them an hour earlier then the time we scheduled to meet. When I called the office another gentleman answered and told me I was not on the schedule with Dan, and that he will call Dan to have him call me to reschedule . He said he didn’t want to mess up any of the scheduling and that Dan would know better. Surprise surprise never got any phone call from the office or from Dan! After a week of waiting and trying to give the company the benefit my patience has worn off. I am over trying to get the company to cooperate. It seems as though customer satisfaction is not a concern on their part. They make excuses as to why their work is not up to par, with no accountability. They don’t follow up or keep promises with any phone calls nor show up to scheduled appointments. When anyone asks who did my tinting I will tell them “Apollo tint and 5 star window cleaning” company did it but I would not recommend as their business is no where near a 5 star.
