For $65 I come to your home and diagnose the issue and then we have an honest discussion of the quote provided is worth it or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to be your technician long term. I am going to build a relationship so I can come back again and again to help with all your appliances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a training school in Ohio before starting my business. I also attend training from the manufacturers to stay current on the new models.
