Introduction: I am a young, friendly, innovative, motivational trainer with years of experience in the fitness field. I have been an athlete my whole life. I played professionally in the UPSL and in the NSL! I also have lots of knowledge in nutrition as I took nutrition and health classes in college. I am always constantly looking for new workouts and routines to incorporate into my exercise regiment. An excellent instructor and his patience with children is unmatched. From coordinating dates and times to work with our availability to always being early he is very professional and clearly talented. My son loves training with him! 10/10!
