- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing, however we understand that in a fluctuating economic system different clients have different needs and therefore consider ourselves to be flexible. Everything is always negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have an introductory conversation at first to ensure that we are the right fit for the client and the client is the right fit for us. We like to ensure that we will be able to provide the customer with not only the service they want, but go beyond it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in event organization and entertainment for over 14 years. I was the director of a performing arts facility and assisted with the logistics of event preparation for large scale events including, but not limited to Art Basel, Vampire circus and many more.
